2/ This trip celebrated Coningsby being awarded the freedom of Boston, Lincs. After a three-ship formation Flypast over Boston, XL388 peeled off and headed for the USA. Once there, the crew had tours of Mayflower II, a replica of the original Mayflower ship. #twitterVforce

3/ The decision wasn’t easy, but the significance of the scheme and 2020 being the 400th anniversary of the original crossing, and the local Links to the pilgrim fathers and another thing to see during the Mayflower 400 UK celebrations. #twitterVforce
