Today, we have the pleasure of introducing Antonia! Antonia is one of our Middle School Caseworkers and has ten years of experience working with the youth of East Palo Alto. Fun fact! Antonia’s first job was at the same elementary school that she attended in East Palo Alto.

Our Giving Center always appreciates donations. With Fall in the air & the continuation of the pandemic, we are collecting donations of warm clothing (new or barely used) and/or cleaning supplies (new or unopened). To donate, please contact [email protected].

For Día de Los Muertos, our Middle School Program celebrated by creating this beautiful altar to honor those who have passed and shared some delicious pan dulce. Our team does such a wonderful job creating memorable experiences and sharing holiday joy with our students ❤️

Staff Highlight! We are excited to introduce Natalia, one of high school caseworkers! As a support counselor, bilingual case manager, and academic advisor, she provides high-school students with academic and social-emotional support. Thank you for all you, Natalia!

Volunteer Spotlight! Today, we are excited to introduce one of our newest volunteers, Bahia! Bahia has worked with Maria, our Community Resources Manager, on fulfilling the needs on our Amazon Wishlist to support the 52 families we serve. Round of applause for Bahia!

In celebration of AAPI Month, we got to chat with Lupe, one of our amazing High School Program seniors, about her impact in the community. Over the Summer, Lupe supported One East Palo Alto to get 98% of Pacific Islanders vaccinated. Lupe, is such an inspiration to us!

This past year, we distributed 357 boxes of fresh groceries to our 49ers Academy families 🙌 We ensure that our students are fueled to reach their full potential everyday at school 🍎
