No trade again. Not chasing. Keep it simple.
I’ve never regretted skipping a trade that didn’t meet criteria. I’ve regretted every time I forced one.
Focused on one thing this morning: Is there a clean draw? If yes → plan the trade. If no → plan to sit.
Asia session left clean equal lows below. If NY pushes up at the open → I’ll look for confirmation short. No manipulation = no entry.
Bank holiday. No setups worth touching so I’m here instead. Risk managed Mood managed

Today was clean. Got the manipulation at NY open. Didn’t trade into Asia liquidity but the setup was there. Took it, and it played well.
"Most chase the first move at NY open. But it's the second that pays." - Tyler
Most get chopped at the open because they’re trading the move. Not the trap. Price will move against the draw first then reverse to deliver it. That’s the Judas Today's a good example. $NQ
No trade for me today. Asia range liquidity was there, but NY gave no manipulation. No shift, no trigger. I sat out.
Manipulation was textbook. Breaker was there. But no real draw No smooth edge to target. How did you read it, spot the Judas?
Asia range was taken as expected. But no clear manipulation at the open. Right draw, wrong delivery. So I left it. $ES
