When ironing my uniform before a parade night, I sometimes wish I was half a foot shorter. Maybe then my trousers would stay on the ironing board where I left them. Have to be good at origami just to finish one leg!

Took my Nephew to visit his local Squadron recently. Very much looking forward to watching him start his own RAF Air Cadets journey. Even if it does make my feel old! 👴🏻

The Knife Angel is currently outside the main entrance to Birkenhead Park on the Wirral. At 27 foot tall it's definitely a thought provoking sculpture highlighting the devastating impact of knife crime.

Fantastic effort was made at this weekend's Merseyside Wing Junior Non Commissioned Officer course. Time for our JNCOs to take their new skills back to their Squadrons and put into practice what they have learned.
