Teamwork makes the dream work! We had a STEM cup challenge where at first we weren’t allowed to communicate as we made the highest tower. When we were finally able to communicate it made us appreciate the ability to verbalize our ideas and compromises! #3Chu

#WinchesterLeads came to VO and worked with the third grade through different challenges. We talked about what it means to be a leader and how to demonstrate leadership. #3Chu loved working with the rockstar high school students and want them to come back soon! ♥️🖤
