I'm in rehab rn so I can't weigh myself for 6 weeks and food scares me so much. Like what if I gained and I eat more? I hope I'll be skinnier when I'm out of here

This is such a non problem but I hate when people eat more than one fry at a time, I don't know that's just such fat people behavior
