Went to the 33 Squadron RAF & 30 Sqn Royal Air Force Memorial at Maleme today to say hello to our old friend Jack Baker & pay respects to our predecessors who fell in the Battle of Crete in 1941. A new gate guardian appeared on #InternationalCatDay!!

During Exercise KUKRI DAWN, a Chinook helicopter had to make a precautionary landing, leading to it becoming stuck in soft ground in Wales. A collaborative effort from everyone involved, shows how diverse teams from across Defence can come together to solve a complex problem.

RAF Benson Families Day kicked off with service family and friends flying around on the Chinook’s and Puma’s based here. A strong start to a great day ahead!

A RAF Benson Puma Helicopter from 33 Sqn, has flown #Santa to Oxfordshire Childrens Hospital to deliver over 200 presents donated by RAF Benson personnel & their families, and children from over 35 local schools, in 5 years the Santa Drop has donated approximately 1000 presents
