Today 32 Engineer Regiment WO2 Lucy Read becomes the first female SSM in post within the Corps of Royal Engineers. Sapper Servicewomen's Network first of many 🤞, taking over from now WO1 Bri Durber who moves onto RSM of 42 Engr Regt (Geo) both appointments thoroughly deserved. #Smile #armyconfidence #jobsatifacton
