Absolutely appalling Premier Inn at the very minimum compensation for those that had booked?
Stayed at Premier Inn Royal tunbridge wells Sat 5th & Sun 6th Sept. We booked out the restaurant on the Saturday and had 55 sitting for 19:00 for 3 courses. Starter came out at 20:30 and main started around 21:30 and NO desserts! Still had to pay over £800!
Stayed at a Premier Inn in royal tumbridge wells at the weekend and sat for a booked dinner at 19:30 and didn’t get our starters until 20:30 and the mains at 21:30. We pre-ordered as well!! Was very disappointed.
