When I go to Paris I usually stay on the east side around Vincennes. It's a nice residential area with woodland and parkland for running and walks. Great to see the riders in the Olympic time trial going through the Bois de Vincennes. Shame about the rain. #Paris2024 #cycling

This is a big problem in women's sport. I feel terrible for #AngelaCarini. It shouldn't have been allowed to happen. The International Olympic Committee needs to ensure fair & safe competition in women's sport. This lady had her nose broken within seconds. Things could get worse.

It's come full circle with American (Kristen Faulkner) winning the women's Olympic cycling road race 40 years after the inaugural event in Los Angeles, also won by an American, Connie Carpenter-Phinney. And we now have equal numbers of men & women in the races too. #CyclingRoad
