Raced Alisa & the boys to school cos she needed to feed the chickens (!) ... they won. In fairness they did get 2 tubes and a bus though.

My first time in Finsbury Park despite living barely a mile from it for years. Isn't too bad.

Nothing like getting some fresh air with a midday run through Central London.

Nice day to do a half-marathon distance along the river. Felt ok, but only ok.

I'm not much of a runner, but on Strava I seem to hold #1 place on quite a few segments in the 95-104kg category...come on fatties, get out there and challenge me!

Managed to run 24 days in a row, wanted to keep the streak up but Monday's run kinda broke me...all set for Edinburgh tho, I guess..

Marathon training must be going well, my On On Cloud X are falling apart after 2 months and 250km of running. Just need them to hold together for one more long run..
