This new office is something we at 24HrPHL have been advocating and working on with Council for years. Some say "why have a nighttime policy/office? There are big problems to focus on like violence and wages and prices." The answer is - "Why wouldn't you? This is the focus!"

You know what, I think I just need to rip the band-aid off on this: I’m suing SOSRCO and their “Chief Recovery Officer” John Burns for $3517 in unpaid contracting fees. Including ~$400 in unreimbursed travel expenses and $800 which was to go to PWUD as consultants.
