This evening we had a visit from a local Beavers group who were taking their air activity badge. SGT Bishop ran the session with support from Sgt Westwood, SgtPercy and CDT Adam’s. Lots of fun and running around ✈️ B&G Wing Air Cadets

Tonight was our 2nd wellbeing evening discussing communication, bullying, stress and worries with a bit of flight ✈️ sim thrown in for good measure and of course there was lots and lots of sugar 🧁 🍭 🍬 joined by Wing Commander Dr Mike Thompson B&G Wing Air Cadets

Tonight we had a talk from Caroline Paige MBE Flt Lt (Ret’d) about her amazing career from flying fast jets ✈️ to helicopters 🚁 then becoming the first openly transgender 🏳️‍⚧️ female serving in the military! She was absolutely fascinating and the cadets asked brilliant questions!

Huge congratulations to Cdt Masding-Grouse who has shone this month and was awarded July 2024 Cadet of the Months. You are becoming an excellent cadet and a leading example, your progress has impressed us all! Well done 👏

Nice to have Sgt Bishop back after spending time away gliding as part of his scholarship! Great oppurtunity and hopefully other cadets will Follow

Yesterday was a brilliant day for 2494! We got cadets back in the air after a 5 year wait (covid, weather, broken planes etc etc) now let the good times roll ✈️👩‍✈️ 👨‍✈️

A lovely evening at abc Clevedon sqn. Our cadets came 1st & 3rd in the quiz. We are hosting the next so we need to brush up on our knowledge to keep winning 🏆 B&G Wing Air Cadets RAF Air Cadets

Tonight at squadron we had uniform and drill inspections! Looking good cadets 🫡 even got the Ma’am seal of approval
