Another enjoyable day at the Defence Medical Academy to celebrate the conclusion of Foundation Medic 22. The RSM and I welcomed Private Clark into the Regiment where he'll join 32 (Hospital) Squadron.

Yesterday, 21 MMR marched in York's Remembrance Sunday Parade. The solemn but proud event saw service people and organisations from across York come together to pay respect to those who serve, have served, and most importantly those who have fallen in service of their country.

This morning rounded off our Remembrance Weekend in style. Wonderful to feel so well received by the City of Chester since our arrival. Looking forward to deepening these ties moving forwards. CO
