No. 3: Carter Behrns of Metea Baseball Seen here pulling a triple into the corner at Northwestern Baseball, Carter has started in the OF for Metea the last year-and-a-half -- but he's also fluent in 3B, SS, 2B and pitching. You like line drives? Carter hits 'em. #ESPTrained

No. 6: Aidan Kornak of Warrior Baseball "A" pitches with elite command of three pitches. Sprays line drives foul line to foul line. Plays anywhere you ask. And maybe we shouldn't say this, but he helped us win a game last summer by stealing signs. 😎 #ESPTrained

No. 9 Quin Paprockas of Montini Catholic Baseball Quin caught almost every game for Montini this spring. Elite belief in his arm and throws to any base, any time. Big pop with the bat, including to right-center. Great attitude and top work ethic. #ESPTrained

No. 10: Dylan Fritz of Benet Academy Baseball Dylan is so big, strong and affable, it stings us that he won't pitch this summer while his arm heals -- but he has been working his butt off in PT so he can pitch for Benet in the spring. Plus, we still get his power bat at EH! #ESPTrained

No. 11: Ethan Pierce of ⚾️Neuqua Valley Baseball⚾️ One of the first things Coach Kaleb Thiesse noticed when he took over our crew? Ethan's special hand-eye coordination. You can throw it wherever you want and E will put it in play. You'll find this OBP machine at 2B and OF. #ESPTrained

No. 23: Jake Quinn of Warrior Baseball Jake is enjoying a growth spurt this year — and we're enjoying what it means for our lineup and pitching staff. After a great spring hitting in the middle of the order, he'll handle RHP, 1B, SS and more for us this summer. #ESPTrained

No. 27: Nolan Blasutti of Warrior Baseball Who hit our most recent grand slam? Nolan. Who threw our most recent no-hitter? Nolan. Who'll handle multiple roles this year, including RHP, 3B and OF? Nolan. And, as you see below, Nolan affects our team in other ways, too. 😂 #ESPTrained

No. 31: Gianni Tamburino of Warrior Baseball Gianni joined us last year and immediately became our SS and a middle-of-the-order bat. Every game, he seemed to deliver a couple hits and a couple web gems. Literally, we can put him anywhere on the field and feel good. #ESPTrained

No. 44: Nathan Napolitano of Warrior Baseball Nathan's fast and hits nukes, so we bat him leadoff. But he hits bombs, too, so he could hit cleanup. He's also one of our aces. He's also always in the gym or the cage. Big present. Big upside. #ESPTrained

No. 51: Luke Alpeter of Benet Academy Baseball Luke plays baseball like he plays hockey: All-out. To win us a game two summers ago, he sprinted into a metal fence to snag a foul ball. When he swings (see below), he knows how to torque his body to get some unholy exit velo. #ESPTrained

No. 88: Michael Willhite of Metea Baseball Michael played every inning this spring for Metea — split between 2B, 3B and C. Always patient, he led the squad in walks while turning around the best fastballs for hits. This summer, he's adding SS and OF to his repertoire. #ESPTrained

We beat Ohio Pitbulls 7-1 at Schaumburg Boomers for Coach Kaleb Thiesse’s first W! Nathan Napolitano goes 5 IP, 3H, 0ER (and drives in 3) and Nolan Blasutti adds 2 scoreless IP. Satya Mehta ropes 2 1Bs for 3 RBI. Michael Willhite and Ethan Pierce each on base all 3 times. #ESPTrained

Thanks to all the family/friends who came out to watch us win the CHAMPIONSHIP! Carter Behrns ropes two 1Bs to spark our 8-run first. Jake Quinn (2-run 2B), Michael Willhite (2-3, 2B, 3RBI) and Satya Mehta (2-2, 2RBI) also big. Satya goes the route (5 IP, 2H, 0ER). #ESPTrained

Great start to the Summer going 3-1, and winning the Pastime Tournaments Great Lakes Elite. I went 4-12, stole 3 bags, and threw one inning in relief (0 ER, 1K). Lots of defensive plays as well. ESP National 2026 Metea Baseball Tadd Gibson
