Tanner Johnston At Little Caesars tonight there was a sign: "Due to labor shortage, only online and delivery orders can use the lobby" I got in the drive through line and when it was my turn to order they said "Sorry, whatever you order will be 20-30 min wait because we're short staffed."

I feel like, if you care about learning, long tenures are highly underrated. In online discourse, a lot of people recommend job hopping frequently specifically to learn a lot and avoid stagnation, but I think that's generally the opposite of correct.
