Lovely #spring weather makes us think of the outdoors!
Currently on display at Massachusetts Historical Society is this May 1819 letter from #LouisaCatherineAdams to #CharlesFrancisAdams about her #garden . She wrote:
“I have got several Horse Chestnuts up and…I look after them as if they were babies”
