Hypothetical question,if a restaurant with approx 60 covers is full from 5.30 pm until 9.45pm approx and turning tables throughout the evening,is 15 minutes too long between courses?We’ve been to places recently,waited much longer, and thought nothing of it.We chat to each other!

We have had to close the restaurant this evening due to the extraction shutting down. We do apologise if we have not been able to reach you by telephone this evening, we have tried to call and leave messages with everyone who booked a table.
