The thing is, the administration has rendered the term "doxxing" almost meaningless by applying it to a range of constitutionally protected speech, such as noting the presence of law enforcement agents performing their duties in public.

This is blatant viewpoint discrimination; as clear a First Amendment violation as they come. In America, the government doesn't get to mandate political views.

Take it from then-Judge Kavanaugh: "We know from more than a century of case law that foreign citizens in the U.S. enjoy many of the same constitutional rights that U.S. citizens do. See, e.g. Bridges v. Wixon (resident aliens protected by the 1A in the context of deportation)"
