#Neilson Holidays. Had a great holiday in Val d’Isere. Real problems with journey back. Coach left hotel 30 mins later than planned, caught in traffic, missed flight to Bristol, diverted to Luton. Hope to be in Bristol 8 h later than scheduled.

Neilson Holidays. Nephew had travel problems from Val-d’Isère. Unexpected change of bus in Moûtiers. No Neilson rep on bus to explain why driver was removing everyone’s baggage and dumping kit in bus station at expected loo stop. His bus got to airport on time unlike mine.
