More needs to be done tackle incivility in theatres. It’s not just doctors that are affected.

No need to panic. Follow policies, guidelines, NatSSIPs, remember your training. Remain firm, ask questions, challenge, stick to your guns and think about how HF and Civility can have an impact. We will all improve patient safety and ensure that governance remains top priority.

This week NHS England has warned against a pay rise above 2% for nurses, unless the government pledges additional money.

In its submission to the NHS Pay Review Body, it said a higher pay award could lead to staffing cuts and hinder service improvements.

PhD journey. Today I reached 2 milestones. 1 - A 1000hrs of study achieved and 2 - Intro Chp finished. All 12 chapters completed. 606 refs. Now the hard work. Polishing the thesis in prep for Sept.24 submission. Thanks to stephen wordsworth and Dr David Robertshaw RN and Ed Stupple.
