Our trips give me such a buzz about Astrea Ernulf - in their own right, and also as a temperature check for how we're doing. Always so much more to do in school improvement. Glowing feedback from public and coach drivers means we're onto something. Work hard be kind!

Recently met a school leader. I suggested consistent procedures & clear directions so expectations were not ambiguous. He said: “I’m just not sure it’s the job of adults to be telling young people what to do.” If that’s you, there’s a good chance you have the wrong job.
