Great APPG for British Sikhs event celebrating military contribution of Sikhs to UK. My great grandfather fought in the First World War for the British Army in France. Hampton court palace exhibition is celebrating many forgotten stories thanks to Tej Pal Singh Ralmill Amrit S Maan OBE 🇺🇦

The Day Sikh Soldiers Came to UK Parliament in 1902 Inspiring event organised by APPG for British Sikhs to celebrate the rich #military tradition within #Sikh history, wherein I spoke about how their sacrifices will soon be commemorated with National Sikh War Memorial in central London.

Heartfelt gratitude to KhalsaJatha for their generous donation, enabling us to purchase more uniforms and equipment. Your support helps us honour the Sikh martial tradition and ensure the sacrifices of our ancestors are never forgotten🙏🏽 #Sikh #neverforgotten

We have a long and shared history with Sikhs in the armed forces. It’s an absolute honour to support the 1914 Sikhs with new uniforms and equipment.

Had a fantastic time with the team today, representing 1914 Sikhs at the Commonwealth Gates memorial event. Honouring the legacy and sacrifices of soldiers from across the Commonwealth who served with valour. #WeWillRememberThem #Sikh #SikhHistory #1914Sikh

Yesterday we were proud to support the annual wreath laying ceremony at the The Memorial Gates. It was a privilege to honour the Commonwealth men and women who served in the First and Second World Wars to defend the freedoms we have today. 📸: The Commonwealth & Ministry of Defence 🇬🇧
