Change is hard and simplicity is often unappreciated but as a state FLAG, this is a very strong design. Referencing the North Star, sky blue waters, and the shape of Minnesota while maintaining an entirely unique construction is so impressive.

Hot take: State flags with some sort of seal on a blue background are overused and lame. We should have more unique flags and change these old ones like Maine is trying to do (and MN and UT recently did)
