Here is our pool play schedule for this weekend’s tournament. We are playing in Orland Park, John Humphrey Complex-14825 West Ave. Come out and support the girls.

Good day in pool play. 3-0 and earned the one seed. We play at 3 o’clock tomorrow afternoon. We also want to thank the college coaches that came out to watch the girls play and speak with them after.

Hard earned championship today. Won 2-1 against a really talented Elmhurst Cougars team and then won 6-3 against a hard nosed New Lenox power team. Looking forward to our next challenge next weekend in Bradley Bourbonnais.

We want to congratulate two of our players on being selected All-State. Londynn Sedlak, Shepard HS, was named second team. Natalie Hajer, Richards HS, was selected third team. Congrats girls and keep up the hard work.

Couldn’t be more proud of the girls today. After winning our first pool play yesterday 6-1 we came back to play two more pool play games today. In extreme heat we came back in the last innings of both games to earn a tie and win to win our pool. Bracket play tomorrow at 10:50.

Won a hard fought battle in the quarterfinals by the score of 2-0. Good pitching and defense got us the win. Semi final game at 4:30.

First loss of the season in the semi finals to Genuine reign by the score of 2-1. Girls played their hearts out dealing with extreme heat and a four hour delay between games. Now we bounce back next weekend.

Pool play starts today for the Glen Ellyn tournament. Games are at 3:30, 6:30 and 8pm at Ackerman sports complex.
