We stand firmly behind @SueRyderStJohns who support people through the most difficult time in their lives. Our annual Charity Golf event is a way for us to support Sue Ryder, this year there were 250 guests who collectively raised £22,000, a big thank you to everyone involved!

The Bedford Starlight Hike took place on Saturday evening along the picturesque Bedford Embankment on behalf of @SueRyderStJohns. Staff from M&DH were in attendance to enjoy the entertainment from the Rock Choir & covered the 5k route, helping raise money for Sue Ryder’s work.

Today we were invited to speak about parenting at Bedford Modern school by NCT . I had the pleasure to speak honestly about my journey becoming a mum and chat to some lovely lads aged 14-15 about the unfiltered truths. Archer had a great time too!
