Just 700 cases of CTE worldwide? Ever. You are trying to ban a child's sport because of 700 cases ever. Do the math. In just the past 10 years, safest the sport has ever been, there have been (very conservatively, 4,000,000 who played football. Banning sport for FAR less than 1%.
