Spot on Caitlin Moran! At 100 Ways in 100 Days™, we've been championing tap water over bottled for its health, environmental AND economic benefits. In fact, did you know that bottled water costs a whopping 500 times more than tap water? That's like paying £2,000-£2,500 for a pint of beer.

Did you know even small changes in our daily routines can collectively make a bigger difference for the planet than a few people making drastic changes? Nextweek we'll share psychologist Claire Gregory, PhD's top 5 nuggets for successful eco-behaviour change (she helped develop 100 Ways)

As promised, this week we're taking a look at Claire Gregory, PhD's top 5 tips for sustainable behaviour change. Here's the first (next one tomorrow!) “Everyone changing their climate habits can have a bigger impact than a minority making large changes (though big changes help too!)"

It's day two of our psychologist Claire Gregory, PhD's top five nuggets for eco-friendly #behaviourchange. Here we go... “Behaviour change models show that making small changes is easier to maintain and become part of everyday habits." Pic credit: Henry Lai/Unsplash #EmployeeEngagement

It's day 3 of our psychologist Claire Gregory, PhD's super simple behaviour change tips for living sustainably, with easy hints & hacks that stick. “Doing little bits consistently is better for habit formation than trying to be perfect; perfectionism can lead to burnout & overwhelm."

It's day 4 of Claire Gregory, PhD's words of eco wisdom. Her sage nugget for today: “Social accountability can play a large role in habit formation and behaviour change. If everyone around you is making more environmentally friendly choices, it becomes easier for you to do so as well."

5th nugget from our colab with psychologist Claire Gregory, PhD PhD (see Mon-Fri's posts: tips & tricks proven to green-up people's habits). “These can lead to changing a company’s (or community’s) culture in general, to be more eco-friendly, by just having everyone make small changes.”
