After 42 years with Woolwich Fire I have decided I have 5 real good reasons to retire shown below. August 31 will be my last day as Fire Chief and I would like to thank all the fire fighters and all my colleagues that made my time memorable.

I wanted to take a few minutes to say just how appreciative I am of the many wonderful comments I have received from people since posting about my retirement. I wish to thank you all for the support you have provided as well as the wonderful retirement wishes. All the Best!
