Wallets like the MetaMask.eth 🦊 team did an outstanding job making sure: 1. It's clear what's going on 2. Smart account upgrades are on their trusted contracts (audited by Cyfrin Audits btw) Their care makes it borderline impossible for vanilla MetaMask to fall for this POC above.

Not the case on MetaMask.eth 🦊 the Pectra upgrade can only be done with our verified smart contract for now. This was done specifically to ensure we keep our users safe.
