the syslog() function in glibc has a buffer overflow that lets attackers get root. it's had it SINCE FUCKING 1993.
FOR MY ENTIRE TIME ON THIS PLANET.

When will enough be fucking enough and we ban the writing of new programs in C from an industry standards level?

Devnet SOL is getting difficult to acquire.

While I'm an advocate for testing on mainnet, deployed contracts with real funds should never be updated without testing.

The French mathematician André Weil was imprisoned for failure to report for duty in 1940. While in jail for six months at Rouen, he proved the Riemann hypothesis for curves over finite fields.

Another big new feature in today's Rust release is let-else statements.

You can now write things like:

let Ok(a) = i32::from_str('123') else { return };

without needing an if or match statement. This can be useful to avoid deeply nested if statements.
