Is there an ABI encoding tool like HashEx that can directly load the ABI from Etherscan? I imagine that two new inputs would be required: a contract address and a chain name. abi.hashex.org

Imagine if you could create an account abstraction based smart contract wallet generator in Microsoft Excel 🤷. Autogenerate the KYC/KYT/AML and all of that fun jazz. Not the best UI, but large possibilities for adoption through a direct plug-in into back office operations.
