I based an estimate recently off of stamped architectural plans and got the job. The customer gets a courtesy measurement from the tile store (they’re buying materials) for quantities and comes up with 420sf less than what’s on the plan. I double check and confirm the number.

9 out 10 calls that come in that I don’t have saved are junk calls. How did it get so bad?? If the number isn’t saved I simply don’t pickup. When I feel a new number calling might be a lead- it’s always “can you use 5 more jobs a week!”

I just got this pool resurfaced and passed inspection. The HOA is rushing to open it in 2 weeks and doesn’t want to wait to fill it by hose. No other water source around. I got quotes to fill it with a water bulk company. Guess the cost?

We got bulk water delivery! 200,000 gallons to fill this behemoth. Next is to balance the chemical levels, health dept inspection and its officially ready to swim in.
