Not sure about the "Try Vegan" slogan because #veganism is fundamentally a philosophy not a diet and I don't think it's possible to "try" a philosophy. But lots of people have become #vegan because of Veganuary, so "Don't let perfect be the enemy of good" as the saying goes.
