Through this plan, LA County will achieve 80% local water supply by 2045 through conservation, stormwater capture, and water recycling. We will capture 600K
acre ft each year of storm water, recharging our aquifers and creating local water supply for 5 million Angelenos!

Today, we convened 200 leaders across LA County for a Water Resiliency Summit. We have gathered together to take action on implementing the Los Angeles County Water Plan, which we adopted at the LA County Board of Supervisors as my very first action as Chair!
