1. Kurma 5 biji + 1 kotak kecil susu (200ml)
2. Wrap telur salad
3. Protein shake
4. Roti wholemeal 2 keping + tuna spread
5. Overnight oat

1. Blend susu + kurma 3 biji
2. Overnight oat + susu + kurma 3 biji+ chia seeds
3. Roti wholemeal + telur 3 biji
4. Protein shake
