President Isaias Afwerki met at State House this evening, Vice Admiral Vladimir Kasatanov & his delegation for wrap-up session. During its sojourn in the country, the Delegation has held fruitful talks on enhancement of all-rounded bilateral ties with Pres. Isaias & counterparts

In regard to peace & stability in the Horn, President Isaias stated that bilateral, & as necesary, regional forums and mechanisms - and not alternative modalities - are indeed the viable & indispensable architectures that can yield tangible results.
