Using this logic Palestinians should refrain from resistance in order to not give Israel a chance to frame themselves as victims. It’s our role to ensure this “world tide” is not conditional on Palestinian victimhood, but rather is one that supports our regional resistance.

I implore the left that believes in self-determination to understand that this moment is creating fissures and contradictions w/i Palestinian house and that you’re role is not to feed into it. There are Palestinians, almost always not in organizations, that will encourage this.

Critical support means that criticism should be communicated with humility and deference, understanding that Palestinian orgs are in a moment of the highest contradictions externally and internally.

The state of the diaspora creates a confusing dynamic b/w the Western left & the Palestinian struggle. There is a left that doesnt believe in Palestinian self-determination on questions of resistance, strategy, and tactics, or on the emergence of internal divisions.

The performance of the Palestinian resistance throughout the course of this war will be studied for years to come. Israel’s genocidal campaign against the popular cradle reflects the degree of vulnerability experienced by Israel from the Palestinian resistance.

The goal of this genocidal campaign isn't simply to wipe out Palestinians (it's not possible). It's to destroy the popular cradle of our resistance--the lifeblood of our struggle. It's to levy such a cost that our people fear the use of the rifle more than they fear the enemy.
