As part of #NAW2024 we reached out to our apprentices across the organisation to find out how their apprenticeships are helping them develop skills for life. They are a vital part of our team and the variety of apprenticeships we offer are a fantastic opportunity for young people

Our Wellbeing Support Team were invited to a local Primary School to deliver ‘What Makes Me Happy’ & ‘How I Shine’ sessions to Years 2, 4 and 5. It was a great day and our brilliant team reached 114 children in total 😊

As part of #TimeToTalk day, our teams found different ways to take time out and start the conversation about mental health. From spending time with colleagues in person, or via Teams meetings. To going to TimeToTalk events in the local community and getting outside for walks.
