💬 HIGHLIGHT YOUTH HUBS 💬
Young Somerset have teamed up with Avon and Somerset Violence Reduction Partnership to run Highlight Youth Hubs.
In Bridgwater at Coffee#1 (Fore Street) and in Taunton at McDonalds (East Street).
A great success with lots of young people talking to us about their experiences.

As part of #TimeToTalk day, our teams found different ways to take time out and start the conversation about mental health. From spending time with colleagues in person, or via Teams meetings. To going to TimeToTalk events in the local community and getting outside for walks.
#TimeToTalk day with Mind UK is all about starting conversations around mental health.
We know that opening up about mental health with friends and family can be difficult. There are many services that can help and support you.
Start talking today 💙
It’s #TimeToTalk day 📣

But by talking about mental health we can bust myths and break down barriers.
So, how are you starting a conversation about mental health today?
