At Why me? we believe that Restorative Justice should be made available to everyone affected by crime.

That means informing each victim and offender about Restorative Justice & empowering them to make their own decision about whether it is suitable.

If the person who harmed you was in the room with you, what would you say? Our billboard campaign is a powerful representation of the potential of Restorative Justice to facilitate dialogue and healing.

Restorative Justice doesn’t require an apology or forgiveness, but it does create the space for both of these things to become possible.

Understanding promotes healing, whether forgiveness comes about or not.
