The whole functioning of the world is fearful presumption of separation and then struggling with that fear… and then all the activities are corrupted that are built on top of that presumption of otherness. We have to look at that presumption !!!

Aka shavasana. Anyone considering actual death should try fake death pose first instead. All the benefits of being free from tortuous mind without the downsides of pain and actually dying. But it has to come after an actual yoga of deep breath connected w mvmt or its more torture

There’s a lot of things that SEEM relaxing because they numb or tense the body so unpleasant usual feelings cant be felt. But theyre not actually healing or restorative, or unravelling the knots that feel so unpleasant
