While she didn't say 'good cause,' her counsel Elizabeth Fine did. Fine also said as of last night that 'we are still working out the details.'

you’re not allowed to say “housing is a human right” if you don’t support good cause eviction. i don’t make the rules! but this is a rule.

We reject any version of good cause that is not statewide and meaningfully enforceable. We will not take this 🗑️ package in exchange for a role back on rights we won less than 5 years ago.
