Rotterdam certainly has some unique architecture. These 38 cube houses were built in the 1980s and while they are all residential there is one that is open as a museum so you can have a look inside. Certainly a one of a kind property.

Who finds the constant smell of weed smoke in Amsterdam and Rotterdam unbearable? I know it’s legalised for private use but in the last week I’ve walked around in a plume of smoke which stinks. Is it legalised in the place you live? How to you adapt to the smell as a non smoker?

Just a week after I visited the Moulin Rouge, and enjoyed a fabulous show, this disaster has occurred. The red blades of the windmill have fallen off!
