The first major news story I remember as a child was the Skyway Bridge collapse in 1980. The collapse of the Key Bridge today is eerily similar to the Skyway Bridge collapse. My thoughts go all out to all those involved in today's tragedy.

I got a call from a lifelong friend. This guy has been in my life since '90 he has seen all sorts of youthful jackassery from me. He wanted to call & tell me how proud he was of all I'm doing. It's tough not getting emotional when your childhood friends tell such things.
