I went to a local care home and sang 15 songs with a backing tape, including three of my own songs. It was an extraordinary and deeply satisfying experience. I spoke about my career afterwards and had some very interesting conversations.

Emmy van Deurzenโ๏ธ๐ ๐ป๐น๐ณ๐๐ทโญ๏ธ we had some wonderful times in the care home for my wife's mother (with dementia). . . warm, stimulating, caring atmosphere, with its own garden and chickens; kids calling in to see their mothers who work there! run by and for the community (not UK-style profiting)
