Thank you Dundreggan Rewilding Centre for hosting Coille Coimhearsnachd na Comraich | Applecross Community Woodland! We explored Gaelic-led approaches to interpretation with presentations from Anna Macquarrie & Roddy Maclean. Very inspired to bring ideas back to Applecross

A stable climate and nature-rich environment are vital for food production. Farmers and crofters should be properly supported by the Scottish Government to work in harmony with nature.
We're backing the #FarmforScotlandsFuture campaign. And you can too 👇

33 years ago, almost to the day, the first Trees for Life volunteers started restoring Glen Affric's forest. Since then, thousands more have made the journey, leaving both people and nature renewed.
Thanks to Forestry and Land Scotland for their continued support of our work in the glen 🌱
It's #NationalMammalWeek ! 🦊🐰🦇
With 1 in 4 UK mammals at risk of extinction, efforts to increase habitat connectivity offer hope. Each of the species shown below have been found at Dundreggan Rewilding Centre, a 10,000 acre #rewilding estate situated in the heart of our initiative area.
Trees for Life are working collaboratively with SCOTLAND: The Big Picture, The Lifescape Project and Ariane Burgess MSP, to positively build the conversation about “returning this missing keystone species, so that all sides of the discussion are heard and respected.”

Fantastic news for the 'Last Ent' of Affric! 👏
Glen Affric's lone wych elm tree has 35 new seedlings for company - thanks to a propagation collaboration between Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh Forestry and Land Scotland and UHI.
Good luck to the new recruits! 🌱🌳
