Having interviewed students at 6 colleges in 3 states on their experiences in college, I agree. There is so much more to be captured through students’ words than their multiple choice responses (although I am a fan of a well-crafted survey for some research questions).

Hey Xfinity Support Xfinity and Comcast - this is the third time in two weeks we’ve had an internet, TV, etc outage that is supposed to last for a full day. Saturday’s lasted from morning til 3:30am the next day. What is going on? Why are there consistent outages?
