Sad to hear about the death of Bernard Hill. We memorably spoke once, I was struck by his humility - brilliant actor, immortalised by his performances, not least by giving life to the conflicted humanity of Tolkien's Théoden - 'Ride now, ride now, ride!.. Forth Eorlingas!' RIP

The screen was a major highlight of my visit today Museo Stibbert. I do have one quibble, however: that most of the screen is obscured by suits of armour - notable as these are, the screen deserves to be displayed & seen in its own right!
