Do you know about the UK's Emergency Alert Test ? 📷 A siren will go off on nearly every smartphone in the UK at 3pm on Sunday 23 April. People who have their phones switched off will not receive the message - but it will sound if your phone is switched to silent.

This is perfect proof that young people can save lives

And so it begins, the start of what is going to be one of the longest but most fun days that St John do. TCS London Marathon !!! I’m out today on our equipments support vehicle with ray for any logistical needs around half of the course. If you see us around give us a wave 👋.

And we’re done. The saying that we’re the first in and last out really is true. 5 amazing days of laughter sweat and a lot of trapped fingers. Thank you to John Anderson and the LogisticsTeam team. Time to go home and sleep for a week

And that’s a wrap on pride 2023 My first shift as a controller and what an amazing one it was alongside Greg Mckeown and managed by Dan Conlon as control manager being fabulous as ever. Time for food and sleep before the sleep begins tomorrow

After my first week of mad month in London on my way back for some rest and recuperation before starting two amazing weeks of Wimbledon! Can confirm “Take That” was as amazing as I thought it would be!

It always makes me happy when I see this amazing course being talked about and shown off all over social media. It is by far my favourite course to run and be involved in. I also love seeing the progress these future leaders make over the course of the weekend 😃😃. Good luck!!

And with that event day of TCS London Marathon 2024 is done. A long but very enjoyable day out in sector 4. Now back to the hotel for a sleep and back tomorrow for the final day or repacking and re organising. Thank you to Matt Stevens for being our amazing lead!

Well after a very long and hard day we have 750+ young people from as far away as Malta and Gibraltar in to camp and their tents built. Having just enjoyed a lovely meal it’s now time to ensure that all site tasks are completed! St John Youth England #nationalyouthcamp24

After an amazing weekend in the north we’re back home after a few dramas on the train home. Loved every minute working with the south east region team at TC10 and making some new friends. I’m already looking forward to going back next year!
