A reminder that in September as he announced the election Picardo said the deal was “as close as humanly possible”

Has the CM consulted NATS on this? Or would air traffic for Spanish flights be controlled by Spanish ATC?

I say this because NATS already appears to struggle providing the current service, would they cope with more flights?

Whatever we may think of the European Scrutiny Committee, (EU Scrutiny Committee), it’s hard to disagree with this point in the letter by chairman Bill Cash to Minister with responsibility for David Rutley MP.

Clearly the people of Gibraltar are not on the radar at all. What would you say to my children and grandkids when a hard border causes the economy to plummet? Or are the only Brits that matter are those resident in the UK?

“Attracted by proximity to drugs markets and scrupulously discreet money-laundering service in Gibraltar, gangs … compete for a share of the market for hashish smuggled in from North Africa or cocaine shipped from South America”

Nick Pyle appears to have fabricated pretty much all of his reasoning for his loss of confidence.
It has all been explained away by the fact that at any point he could’ve just asked McGrail a question and there would’ve been no confusion or miscommunication at all

It's quite remarkable how efficiently key members of the establishment could coordinate a strategy to agree on expressing 'loss of confidence' in the COP. Yet, equally puzzling how challenging it was for them to obtain information from the COP on matters of interest to them.

Note for all:
If you have a meeting with the CM and he doesn’t explicitly say “this is confidential” you are all fine to tell everyone you meet exactly what he has said because he is “the voice of the people of Gibraltar”

Fabian added nothing of value to the inquiry at all.
As always the master of words finding a way to say everything and nothing at the same time.

Picardo so far keeping up with his rehearsed act.
I wonder which question will crack him and cause the real flustered Fabian to emerge

The AG did not fail, it wasn't a 'slip', it is clear he CHOSE not to carry out his duties. He boasts to be the 'defender' of Gibraltar against external threats and be very hands on, yet here his only aim was to protect his mates and their interests.

Rockfall Mr Llamas receives an additional £288,059 allowance in the invented capacity of ‘principal legal advisor’. It is also said that he benefits from paying less income tax due to having been granted one of the available special tax status.

Mr Llamas earns £139k salary before any extras and is not capable of fulfilling the position as detailed in the constitution.

The DPP created because of Llamas’ incompetence also earns the same salary.
